Mike G. Michael is a qualified accountant and a fellow of the British Association of Hotel Accountants. After qualifying, he joined Forte Hotels as Chief Accountant. He then spent four years with Ramada Hotels International, initially as Financial Controller and subsequently as Chief Financial Officer for the UK. He brings with him over 10 years experience in hotel development in the Caribbean and most recently has just completed over 10 years in hotel and property development in Cyprus.
1st July 2008 - Sales Centre construction begins
Considered as one of the most spectacular sales centres on the island located on the bluff section of the Marina, the sales centre currently under construction offers panoramic views and comprises a model suite depicting a typical studio unit to be featured in the main resort. This is slated for completion in December 2008.

Beach restoration is due to complete in December 2008. The project will restore the beach to its original beauty. The multi-million dollar project will incorporate sand replenishment and multiple groynes which will stabilize the 775ft (approx.) stretch of beach in front of Third Turtle Club & Spa resort.
